At Shubh Manorath Food Pvt Ltd, we take immense pride in delivering 100% pure, hygienic, and authentic spices. Because we deal in premium consumable food items, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards for all our shipments.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We understand that issues can occasionally happen during transit. You are fully eligible for a free replacement or a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received was physically damaged or spilled during delivery.
  • The outer packaging was visibly torn, tampered with, or unsealed upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Turmeric Powder but received Chilli Powder).

2. Non-Returnable Items (Opened or Used)

To maintain our FSSAI-certified hygiene standards and protect the health of our customers, we do not accept returns or process refunds for products that are delivered in good condition.

Specifically, we cannot accept return requests if:

  • The spice packet has been opened, unsealed, or used.
  • You simply changed your mind after the product was successfully delivered.
  • The taste or aroma does not match personal subjective preferences (our products undergo strict quality control to ensure standardized taste profiles).

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund due to transit damage, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Send us clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged parcel/product showing the shipping label.
  3. Resolution: Once our team verifies the damage, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you, or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
